Carlos Bohen, General Manager
Carlos Bohen joined Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in 2008 as General Manager of Area 31 and EPIC Hotel's Director of Food & Beverage. Bohen is dedicated to ensuring a unique Miami dining experience at EPIC Hotel and Area 31. He possesses an extensive background in the hospitality industry and brings global experience to our tables.
Bohen most recently served as a managing director with New York's Fireman Hospitality Group, which oversees Manhattan's Trattoria Dell'Arte, Café Fiorello, Redeye Grill and more. He has also held key leadership positions in hotels and restaurants in North America, Europe and Mexico.
