Area 31 has Stunning Indoor & Outdoor Spaces
- A private 16-person dining room. Extending off of Area 31's main dining room on EPIC Hotel's 16th floor, this beautiful room, perfect for business meetings, wedding receptions, and personal gatherings, features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Miami's skyline and waterways. A sliding door ensures your privacy, and technological amenities like data ports and room lighting and sound controls assure your success.
- A second private dining room for up to six people. Also extending off of the main dining room with its own sliding door, this smaller room offers a more intimate space and private balcony. Like the larger room, you'll enjoy Area 31's amazing views, exclusive sound and lighting control, data ports and memorable food and drink.
- Poolside cabanas and casitas for intimate outdoor events day or night with an open and overwhelming view of Miami's skylines and waterways.
