Guided by RoseBernard Studio's vision, the redesigned space balances the bold forms of the city with the softness of the sea and tropical landscape, creating a setting where the skyline, waterfront, and horizon converge.

Meet Eric Vargas, Bar Supervisor

Bringing more than a decade of experience to Area 31, Eric Vargas was born and raised in San Diego, California. His path through fine dining, wine bars, poolside outlets, and nightclubs led him to a love of mixology and the art of crafting the perfect cocktail. Drawn to Miami's energy and cultural mix, Eric now brings his West Coast style, Mexican-inspired flavors, and Puerto Rican heritage to the city's booming craft cocktail scene.
